Early Childhood Investment Policies and Principles

CSC’s early childhood program and investment policies are sharply defined and focused on achieving four critical goals:

  • Reducing Child Abuse and Neglect

  • Data-Driven: CSC invests in the infrastructure needed to have data and information readily available for decision-making, providing the foundation needed to effectively implement a quality early childhood system of care.
